Have you ever thought about the most powerful weapon?
Society nowadays has changed considerably, everything develops so fast that it is really difficult for us to understand those improvements. Besides believing that we have complete access to every kind of information, the truth is that we are just able to read or get informed about the things we are aloud to.

Have you ever thought about it before?. Globalization and the fact of living in an interconnected world provides us not only with many advantages, but with disadvantages too.
For anyone wondering right now, the answer to the question is simple: information. The world is driven by technology, which ensures its development through the sharing of information. Global decisions are taken after gathering all the possible data, which can be, or not, manipulated. Even our daily life is based on the information we read or hear about, or do you decide which university to form part of without previously having searched about it?.

But, is it information the true weapon?. Last weekend, we volunteered so that we could gather enough food for needed people. At first, we approached people who went to the mall in a hurry by introducing ourselves and explaining what were we doing: 'Good morning, would you like to form part of the regional food bank?'
After 10 minutes we realized that people were too busy for such a long conversation so we decided to change our speech: 'Do you want to join the rest and...' without having said the complete sentence, most of the people wanted to hear what we had to say '...and help the people who need it?'.
Despite this, we didn't reach enough people so we tried with the following: 'There's a chance you'll see yourself in this situation' and approximately 9 out of 10 people wanted to know about the campaign.

In conclusion, the way you speak, the way you communicate your ideas completely changes the impact that the information can have. Don't let people confuse you and be aware of how that information is shared.
